Our Story
Welcome To Pinsitaly Trevi
Pinsitaly Trevi was born six years ago with a clear idea: to share the real Pinsa Romana and traditional Roman street food with both locals and visitors near the Trevi Fountain. Our pinsa is a light, oval flatbread made with a blend of flours and long fermentation, crispy outside and soft inside. We prepare classic fried specialties like Supplì and Fiori di zucca, iconic pastas such as Carbonara and Amatriciana, fresh salads with local vegetables, and panini made in-house with the famous Porchetta di Ariccia.
